Accommodations Advisory

Accommodations at IPEC are based on four persons per room. Due to the size of the workshop we will be using off-site accommodations at nearby hotels for some of our participants.

If you prefer to have a private room for yourself, we encourage you to choose the local commuter rate and to secure your own lodgings for the workshop at a nearby hotel. We will not be able to guarantee transportation to you to and from IPEC if you choose this option.

If you are a family or a couple, we will do our best to keep your lodgings together, either at IPEC or at one of the nearby hotels, but couples and young adults may be placed in separate rooms according to gender, based on the needs of the workshop. If you choose this option, which entails the regular rate, we will ensure daily transportation to IPEC in the mornings and back to your hotel in the evenings.

You may list roommate preferences in the field below, providing the first and last name of up to three people in addition to yourself (unless you are coming as a family, these names should be divided by gender). Please coordinate with your preferred roommates before registering, so that you can list the same names. This will improve our ability to accommodate your request.

For those participants who are coming from the Las Vegas area and opt for the commuter rate, you are expected to attend the workshop in its entirety.
